What is collected

Business data only: name, category, address, coordinates, published phone and e-mail, website, rating and review counts. No personal data about individuals is collected, scored or stored.

For your own account we store your identifier, e-mail address, plan, credit balance and credit ledger.

Retention

Lead retention is configurable per account and purged automatically once the window passes. Deleting your account removes every search, lead and ledger entry.

Who processes what

Clerk holds authentication and your e-mail address. Neon hosts the database, in the European Union. Inngest runs the background search jobs and sees a search id and an account id. Apify performs the Google Maps acquisition and receives the query and the area, never your account. Stripe handles payment and holds the billing details — card data never reaches Blankspot. Upstash stores rate-limit counters keyed by account and address. Vercel hosts and serves the application. Sentry receives error reports.

Each receives only what its function requires. None of them receives your lead list.

Controller and legal basis

The controller is the operator of this deployment, reachable at the contact address in the Terms.

Account data is processed to perform the contract you entered into by signing up. Business data is processed on the legitimate interest of business-to-business prospecting, which is why it covers companies and never individuals.

You can export everything you hold from Settings, and deleting your account removes it in full.
